The Alex Manoogian Cultural Center in Paris hosted the AGBU France scholarship recipients for a March 29 reception attended by fifty persons. Members of the AGBU Europe District Committee, in Paris for their first meeting, joined the reception and had the opportunity to meet several members of the AGBU France and Paris Committees as well as representatives of AGBU Youth and YP Paris (young professionals). On July 7-13, Armenian athletes from all over the globe will gather in Montevideo, Uruguay for the XVIII AGBU World Games. Since Beirut first hosted the event in 1955, the AGBU World Games continue to bring thousands of Armenian youth together to engage in sporting and camaraderie on an international level. Past host cities have included Buenos Aires, Sydney, Paris and Los Angeles.
